The Lines of Heroes foundation believes mental fitness encompasses a holistic approach to mental well-being, emphasizing proactive measures to build strength, endurance, and resilience.

We are committed to providing assistance to the heroes in our community in finding the resources and support they need for their mental well being.

We recognize that our heroes face unique challenges in their roles as active and retired military personnel, first responders, nurses, dispatchers, firefighters, police officers, EMS professionals, and corrections personnel. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to empower our heroes with the tools and resources they need to achieve and maintain optimal mental fitness. By prioritizing mental fitness, we equip them to navigate the demanding and often traumatic experiences they encounter while preserving their overall well-being.
